Your whole Team Basic Life Support training update can be incorporated into these sessions.
TEAM BUILDING DAYS. Example below
Hot meal, all refreshments and PPE provided inculding CPD Certificate of Attendance.
You are all now marooned on a small uninhabited Aleutian Island…….. It’s cold! Now that you have received your safety brief, use your team leaders notes to safely follow the 5 C’s of survival as listed below.
1. COVER. You must always make shelter first!
2. CORDAGE. Use for shelter
3. CUTTING. Carefully use your tools to prepare your wood
4. COMBUSTION. Prepare and Make fire for warmth, companionship and to
cook!5. CONTAINER. When ready send your Quartermaster to Matt for this!
